:- If there is a mutual agreement between the partners to include the documents specified in Schedule-2 (a) for registration in the firm register, a duly duplicated copy should also be kept and the following details in the format of Schedule-1 (a) An application should be submitted to the relevant department for opening. and permanent address, (e) restrictions on the rights of any partner, (f) type of partners and the capital invested by each partner, (g) name of the partner or partners representing the firm, (h) manner of distribution of profits and losses, (i) ) the method of determining the profit, (j) any other matters prescribed by the concerned department to be disclosed.
